I will be the first to tell you that I'm way better at eating than at cooking. For the longest time I needed to crank up a jock jams playlist just to take on cooking spaghetti and meat sauce. But I've gradually gotten orders of magnitude better at it, as asking a lot of my body and brain has guided me toward re-routing my nutrition in the last few years. I get a lot of satisfaction from making good meals from good, whole ingredients so I can fuel all the cool stuff I get to do in this life. I hope making these recipes leaves you amused from the commentary, full in the tummy, and charged up to go after it in your life
